Outlook 2007 - Rules causing Duplicate Emails

I am using Outlook 2007 - i have created several rules. The first rule brings
the emails to my support folder then i have subfolders so the rules are cause
the same email that goes to my support folder to duplicate and go to a a
subfolder. These duplications are causing serious email overload. What can
I do to set the rules up so that I only get one email?

Don't use multiple rules to move and remove messages. Just have a rule that
moves messages to the appropriate subfolder, including the Stop processing
more rules action and then, if you really need a catch-all, have a last rule
that moves things into the root Support folder.
