duplicate rules created-don't know why

I am getting the same email address presented in the inbox for disposition
even after I have created a rule for it. Tehn when I create the rule again,
it shows up as the same rule, but with a (2) or a (3) behind it. This takes
time and cannot be right. Anyone know how to solve it?

Go to your last thread as it is the most complete in information provided
(still not enough). Next time reply to your own message if you need to add
additional information to your original post to keep the discussion in tact
and prevent people wasting their time on your old posts since you no longer
monitor it.
