Dumping physical Memory

Hi,
I have tried to install a firewall Zone Alarm, the install seems to go ok,
but everytime I try and run it, the computer shuts down. I get a blue
screen saying something about to save damage to your computer etc, dumping
physical memory. Can someone explain to me what this means please and how to
correct it
