I'm working with Windows XP service pack2.Antivirus is Kaspersky Internet Security 2010.No antispyware, having ADSL (router) modem.

If i keep the system idle for more than 10 mints, iam getting a dialogue box stating that "unknown system error". If i click OK so many times iam getting the blue screen with the msg "beginning of dump physical memory" after a while the system gets rebooted automatically.

Kindly resolve my problem.

Thanking you,

ok the "blue screen of death" as i call it happens when windows suffers a serious error. if you see it once or twice it should not affect you. if it happens often, you should reformat your harddrive. Again, The blue screen usually never will bather you again.
