Dual processors Athlon MP and K7

Why does my device manager tell me that I have an Athlon
2000+ MP and an Athlon K7, when I have 2 Athlon 2000+MP
processors installed?

A K7 is an Athlon. You could remove both in the Device Manager and let
Windows redetect them on reboot.
