Dual core processor

Before my hard drive failed and I had to reinstall windows, I was sure that
in the device manager that I had 2 Processors listed that represented the
dual core pentium processor. Since the reinstall I am only showing one. Am I
mistaken about this? If not, why would it show only one when it showed two
before? Thanks for any advice.

Try checking your BIOS Setup .. btw if you're using Pentium processor with
Hyper Threading Technology and you set it in BIOS then windows will recognize
it as 2 Processor

In BIOS, the cpu is listed as hyperthreading capable, and hyperthreading is
turned ON. It still only shows as one processor in the device manager. Was
just wondering, the computer seems to be running OK. Thanks
