dual bootup on the same computer

How do you bootup Win98 and WinXP on the same computer so
that both operating systems can run at the same time? Is
that possible?

To run them at the same time, you need a package such as VMware or Connectix
Virtual PC. Microsoft has bought Connectix and so that product is no longer
available, but Microsoft has its own product coming out soon (but I don't
know how soon).

Take a look at www.vmware.com.

You would want to use Windows XP as your host operating system and then you
can create virtual PCs in which to run other operating systems.
