MS-DOS---->Win 3.1--->Win98---->WinXP Pro Multi-Boot???

I have a computer that was dual boot Ms-Dos/Win3.1 and Win98 and I have
installed Win XP Pro but I seem to have lost the MS-DOS windows 3.1 install
although the hidden system files in root directory are still there. I
installed XP using cd option @ bootup in separate directory for each
operating system c: ms-dos Win31 D: win98, E: WinXP Pro.

I can only choose when booting win 98 or windows xp so how can I boot the 3
of them or can't I???

I had previously installed MS-Dos then Win 3.1 then Win98 (and had choice of
previous operating system or windows 98 and it would name root files either
****.W40 or ****.dos and all of them seem there so can it be repaired to
choose any of the three or only 2 latest?

Thanks for any help!!

I followed that article but somehow I cannot "see" the Win3.1 Ms-dos listed
in boot manager only has Windows and Windows XP. Should it list all three
operating systems in boot.ini??? Any way to correct or only a reformat?? It
does seem the *****.DOS versions of the booting files are still there so can
I manually add it to boot.ini???

Thanks Frank
