here is problem

I have reinstall my XP without deleting the previews installation
That think causes the old one not to work. If i choose the 2nd boot option the systems hungs up.
Is there any wat to recover the oln one, my old programms ets??

you can try an 'upgrade' install on top of the old one.
start install from the CD and indicate that you want to install on the
partition where the old one is on.
when prompted for the fact that setup detected a windows installation on
that partition, indicate that you want to install 'over' that one and that
should normally get you a new working installation.
