Dual boot restore

Hello fellas!

My system had a dual boot menu, after I've installed Win
XP on 2nd partition. Having Win Me on the 1st.
Recently, I've reinstalled Win Me on 1st partition and
that has caused a single boot to Win Me.
Question: How can I restore a dual boot?
 
Do a repair install of XP.
