Hi,

I am dual booting Windows XP and Windows 7. They are installed on different HDDs. It will be a while before I get the chance to install under Windows 7 the programs I have installed under Windows XP. I am trying to avoid tedious OS switching, and my question is:

Is it possible to run the already installed programs [undder XP] in Windows 7 through Windows XP Mode + Windows Virtual PC?

Cheers

As I understand it you have to install 7 then XP in the virtual mode then any programs you want to run. Also XP Mode will only work with certain variants of 7. See the above link for details.
