DST - kinda fixed but what about 4/1/07?

Outlook 2003 w/ Exchange 2003. Applied patches to Win Server03, Exchange,
and all workstations. Attempted to use TZmove to adjust appointments but
only our recurring appointments were corrected. All single instance
appointments scheduled between 3/12 and 4/1 have been manually adjusted.

My concern is what is going to happen on 4/1? Will Outlook think DST is
starting and adjust all appointments again?

No. the old TZ rules that said it started apr 1 were replaced by the new
rules. Windows only knows about the march start date now.
