DST 2008 - Calendar appointments 1 hour off!

I'm also having issues with the 1 hour calendar appointments. It's only a
few users on the network though so i don't really understand it. All the
patches are installed client and server side. I even tried the tzmove app as
well. Surfing the net, i find i'm not the only one witnessing this. If i
missed it, can someone please lead me to the fix for this issue? Users are
using outlook 2003 and we are running off Exchange 2000. So far it's been
only the laptops that are affected.

Much appreciated!

There seems to be a mismatch in the DST settings for Windows and Outlook.
Check them both. Make sure you've applies all the DST settings for Outlook,
Windows, and Exchange.

what are the steps to check the DST settings for both windows and outlook?
And what applied DST settings are you referring to for Outlook, Windows, and
Exchange? The patch (KB942763) i assume? As i mentioned, our Exchange
server runs on a 2000 box and from what i remember there was no patch to
install but to use the tzedit app. which i have done.

ah... I recall someone last fall mentioning manual editing caused problems.
I'll see if I can find their message - I think they resolved it.
