Outlook Calendar Appointments forward by 1 hour in recipient calen

O

Ollie

My administrator is running outlook 2002 on XP. When she sends appointments
to anyone else including myself (I'm on outlook 2007) they are one hour ahead
of schedule. I figured it would be a daylight savings issue. I checked both
her outlook calendar timezone/DST etc... and her computers Date and Time
properties. Both appear fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Only appointments in march are affected? If so, you did not install the time
zone update. The update is automatically installed if you use Windows
update and Windows XP. See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2009/20090309.htm for more information
and links. If either recently installed the time zone update or recently
changed from a wrong time zone to the current one, you should run the
Outlook appointment tool to fix the appointments.
