drm error when trying to view netflix movies

We have Vista ultimate 64 bit version. I try to watch movies instantly using
netflix.com and I always get the drm error message. I have tried following
all of the downloads they say to follow on netflix, but it still isn't
working. Does anyone know what I am missing to figure this one out? I tried
the Netflix tech support, but they didn't have much to offer. I am still
unable to watch instantly. Other dvds play fine if I have them in hand.

Silverlight is automatically set to download updates. The newest update
causes the player not to work correctly. Uninstall Silverlight from your
computer by going to Control Panel, Add/Remove software and the
uninstall. When you go to watch a movie it will ask you to download
Silverlight. Download it and when the screen comes up right click it.
The box will say Silverlight. Click it, and then click the tab for
updates. Click Never update.. then press Okay.

Thank you Tech Support!
