Viewing Netlifx Instant Play Digital Rights Managment Component

I have Windows XP. When I try to watch a movie on in instant play feature of
Netflix, I get an error message that says, "A problem has occured in the
Digital Rights Management Component. Contact Microsoft Product Support."

Research suggested that I needed to install Microsoft Update for KB913800
but when I tried to install that, I got this error message:
