Downloads Showing on All User Accounts

Hello folks, thanks in advance!
I am running WIN XP Home
Have 2 User Accounts, both set to Admin.
One for me...one for my daughter.

I want to be able to download to download to MY user account and NOT have it
show up on hers. Everything I download (games, etc.) show up on both user
accounts.
Is there a way to make my downloads show up only on my user account, and not
hers, and her downloads to show up only on hers?
I also downloaded the new MSN Messenger Beta and it was on both use accounts
and for some reason, she was not able to log into it at all. I had no problem
logging in and using Messenger Beta. I ended up delting the Beta and
reinstalling the non-Beta version.
I did find a KB article that described how to make downloads show up on
both...but I want to do the reverse...
Any assistance is appreciated.
Thanks

When you use the term "download" are you referring to programs
you're downloading from the internet and installing on your
computer? If that's the case, here are two things you have to
keep in mind:

1. The All Programs section of your Start menu is actually a
combination of these two folders,
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs
C:\Documents and Settings\YOURACCOUNT\Start Menu\Programs

2. Your Desktop is a combination of these two folders,
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop
C:\Documents and Settings\YOURACCOUNT\Desktop

The programs you're installing are probably placing icons in
the "All Users" folders. You can move them into the Desktop and
Programs folders for the appropriate user account. Move the
icons you want seen only by you into your folders and move the
icons you want seen only by your daughter into her folders.

Good luck
