Downloading

I m not able to download anything from the internet,
including any updates from microsoft.
I can load items from any of my drives, just not from the
internet. Is this a browser problem?

What are you doing. Are you trying to download some files or just look at
some pages?

Explain, and if any error message please post the exact text.
