Downloaded Power Toys for XP

I downloaded Wallpaper changer from the Microsoft site.
It is on the the power toys for xp that is offered from
time to time. I wasn't happy with it and uninstalled it.
Now my background pix is full screen and I cannot bring
it back to center or even tile since I uninstalled
Wallpaper Changer. I even reinstalled it hoping to be
able to fix it and uninstalled it through the add/remove
programs. It still won't work properly. When I go into
display to select a new background, every pix is full
screen and that's all it will do. Please help and

Have you checked "Position" and selected Center when in Display
Properties>Desktop?
