Cannot change my Wallpaper &Cannot uninstall Winter Fun Pack

I installed XP Winter Fun Pack Desktop Wallpaper changer and wallpaper. It is good, but very annoying in taking an additional 30 seconds on each boot

I tried to uninstall it, even following the Program instructions (uninstall elements under Add and Remove Programs - BUt they are not There!

I disabled the Wallpaper changer under MSCONFIG

However, now I do not have a Background Tab on my Display properties menu. ie, I cannot use any other wallpaper

BTW- I do NOT have Media Player 9 - I do not like it

Please hel
