I need it faster. Is there a registry tweak ?

Why did they stop at 15 minutes? Did they run out of development money?

Have you tried E-Mailing the support people at "Wallpaper Changer" and
asking them? Since it's a third party application and not something
that comes with XP, you'll have to go to the horse's mouth. Hey,
that's it! It's an old horse and takes 15 minutes to get up to speed.

Probably is a registry tweak. Scan your registry using keywords like
"wallpaper" and "changer" till you locate the section relating to the
settings for the program. Have a look for obviously related keynames.

Failing that, you could use a program like windiff on a "before settings
change" and "after settings change" export of your registry to locate the
key directly
