Problem after Xp Pro reinstall

G'Day Each,

After losing my System Disk, I have carried out a complete reinstall of Xp
Pro together with all Service Packs and updates.

I have an irritating problem with Wallpaper Changer Powertoy - each time it
tries to change the wallpaper, it generates a series of CreateFile,
WriteFile and CloseHandle messages. Any help would be appreciated!!

Get rid of "Wallpaper Changer Powertoy", I'm sure you won't have the problem
anymore. Is this a microsoft program?
