download status window not sticking

I like to see the progress of email downloading from my server and I have
used the push pin several times today to keep the window open until I close
it myself. However, that setting is not staying as it should. Is there a
fix to this through another area?

Tried that just now on my mail, and it works fine this end - which isnt very
helpful I know, but at least you know now its not a universal problem with
windows - but more of something in your installation that didnt go quite
right
