Download from camera does not work with SD card in it

Hello,

I have a Praktica DC22 camera with a built in 8Mb memory
and a slot for SD memory card. The camera is connected to
the PC with a USB port.
Pictures download from the camera works fine when NO SD
memory card is in, but not when then 32Mb is used. Note
that it works on one of the PC but not on the other, and
both are XP.
Any idea to solve that ?
