Don't Publish button greyed out

When I right click on a folder to select "Don't Publish" the button is greyed
out. How do I make this button active?

Have your local Web Open.

You can't select a Folder not to Publish, you have to do it to separate files (annoying).
but...
Jimco has an Addin called Selective Publish with will allow you to select a folder to Don't Publish.
