Does not scan

I just downloaded and installed the software but I cannot
scan the computer. Programs starts but the screen stays
empty. Can reach setting but when I choose run scan now
nothing happens.

Try running the scan in safe mode.

If you go to Tools, Advanced tools, System explorers, do you see the list of
System Explorers in the left pane?
