Does anyone at Microsoft care?

There seems to be a lot people complaining about 6.0
Explorer. Just wondering if anyone at Microsoft cares
that they shoved this default product on its public?

Maybe your problems are operator error.

Annonymous reply? Operator error? Look at all these
messages, do you see how many are reaccurring? 5.5 was
working fine, then I was forced to upgrade to 6.0 and now
I can't get a secure site to come up with 6.0 and Windows
ME. I can't get anyone at Microsoft to answer why and
their so called fixes do nothing. So tell me again that
that anyone at Microsoft really cares about the consumer.
