Documents Menu?

I just bought a new computer and went from Windows 95 to
Windows XP, and I miss the Documents menu. On the start
up menu, they used to have a tab called "Documents" and
it had the last 10 or 12 documents you had opened. It
was really convenient. What happened to it?

It's there. It's called "my recent documents".
 
You could go to the start bar options and change back to
the 'classic' start bar
 
Hi,

Right click the Start button/Properties/Customize/Advanced: List my most
recently opened documents.
