Documents and Settings

I was told in another newsgroup that the only way to change where XP saves
documents and settings is to do it with an unattended install. I've been
through the Setup Manager and don't see the option. Can someone please tell
me how to change the default location. For example instead of saving files
in C:\Documents and Settings I want to save them in D:\Documents and
Settings.

Thanks

Download and install TweakUI:

Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP (TweakUI)
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

After installing, go to Start > Programs > PowerToys for Windows XP >
TweakUI. Expand "My Computer" and click on "Special Folders".
You can easily change the location of the folders there.

That only does it per user. I need it to be forced to
everyone (like XP does c:\documents and settings).
