Change path for "Documents and settings"

I have to install and manage manz PC in corporate network with domain. For
the maintenance reason I want divide HDD space to 2 partition:
1: SYSTEM (active and bootable)
2: DATA

Then I need relocate "C:\Documents and Settings" to "D:\Documents and
Settings"
as default for all users.
I found in registry key ProfilesDirectory="%SystemDrive%\Documents and
Settings" in branch HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList and changed it to ProfilesDirectory
"D:\Documents and Settings" and also changed all occurence C:\Docum... in
registry to D:\Docum...
and copied "C:\Documents and Settings" to "D:\Documents and Settings" it
works but there are still some problems - domain user with no admins rights
can't log in.
I need change default ProfilesDirectory "C:\Documents and Settings" to
"D:\Documents and Settings" in the installation time - can anybody tell me
how?
Thanks
