i right clicked C documents and settings administrator in
the properties it says 3.35gb i think thats where all my
memory is going to what can I delete in there to get my
memory back

Hard disk space !=memory/RAM.

For starters, have you tried running the Disk Cleanup Utility - in each
login/profile, presuming you aren't the only user on this computer & aren't
logging in as administrator? The utility is in the system tools subfolder of
your accessories program menu folder.
