Documents and Settings\Administrator

Using 2000 NT, I am the only one using it - not on a network, use only on my
computer at home. How can I change Documents and Settings\Administrator so
that it can be all users. When I waqnt to print, the printer has to go
through a configuration process every time and it takes a long time to print.

Thanks

"The Administrator" can only be one user. You can create other users and add
them to the "Administrators Group", thus making them additional
administrators but I'm not sure if this what you need here. Who are you
logged on as when you attempt to print? And can you describe this config
process a lil'?

Based on what I read in your post it sounds like you may have installed the
printer as The Administrator and now you are trying to print as a
non-administrator user and having problems. If so, right click the printer
in question in the Printers... folder, select properties, click the Security
tab and add the accounts that you want to have print access. A wider
solution would be go to log on as Administrator, right-click My Computer,
select Manage and under Local Users and Groups, select the Administrators
group and add yourself to that group.
