LaserJet 1320tn

I have recently installed a new 1320 printer and only administrator or users
with administrator priviledge can print.
I have set the following:Everyone group to Allow for Print and the CREATOR
OWNER group toAllow for Manage Documents
Can any please suggest a remedy?

Check Security permissions on the %systemroot%\system32\spool folder.
Your other users may not have sufficient permissions granted. Is this a
local or a network printer?

Network, I have given Everyone Full control to the spool directory.
