document jammed in the queue

I have a document in the print queue that states deleting-
error-printing as the status. I can't get rid of it.

Any help would be appreciated?

Stop the print spooler, then try deleting the document again..... and
remember to start the print spooler afterwards.

From the command prompt:

net stop spooler
(and hit enter)

net start spooler
(and hit enter)
