My print queue has started to keep all documents printed on the queue,
showing their status as "Printed". The queue is getting very big !.
Is there any way to tell the queue to delete documents (from the queue) once
they have been printed?

Printer is a Brother MFC-620CN.

Printer is a Brother MFC-620CN.

Open the Printer and Faxes folder, right click on the MFC-620CN and left click
on Properties.
Select the Advanced Tab and make sure that "Keep Printed Documents" is not
checked. That should stop print jobs from being saved in the queue.
To get rid of the ones that are there, double click the printer icon in
Printers and faxes, select Printer and "Cancel all documents".
