.DLL Shared/ Roxio

When using Norton Win Doctor I'm getting an error report that
reads "SOFTWARE\Microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDLL
s," refers to missing file, "C:\Program Files\Common
Files\Roxio Shared\DLLShared."

Anyone know how to fix this?

Programs crashing frequently.

I am using Windows XP Home Version 2002 Service Pack 1
AMD Athlon 1.67 GHz

Uninstall, then reinstall your Roxio program.
