DLL error

When I run Symantic System Works, I get a registry error,
saying that the "C:\Program Files\CommonFiles\Roxio
Shared\DLLShared" file is missing.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this?

About the only info specific to a .dll error would be
at technet at microsoft.com,they have an on-line .dll
error utility,try search there,type:.dll error
