DLL error after SP1

[TC2]

I had an installation of Access 2002 working fine until I downloaded XP
service pack 1. Now when I open my database two things happen. First I get a
message "Access is installing a component" and it runs a progress bar and
closes. It does this everytime. Then when I click on a form button to open a
view of data it says there was an error loading a DLL. Nothing more
specific. I tried uninstalling XP SP1 but it didn't help. I tried
reinstalling Office. No help. Norton WinDoctor reports no problem. Now what?

The error doesn't say. It just says there was an error loading a DLL.

Is your anti-virus application disabled and are all running processes closed
