Display problem

When my PC boots all images and texts appear fuzy and unreadable. I often
have to unistall the display driver and reboot the pc to get the picture and
texts appear readable. When I try changing the screen resolution the screen
goes fuzy and unreadable again. I have tried updating the display driver but
system says the current driver is the latest for my hardware. Could anyone
tell me what could be done to resolve this problem.

I'll have to do some guessing to fill in the information you didn't
provide. Here are my guesses:

1- You have an LCD monitor.

2- You are trying to operate the monitor at something other than its
native resolution.

An LCD monitor is designed to work at it's native resolution. At any
other resolution, the image will look fuzzy.

Answer to your questions
1. You are right, I have an LCD monitor
2. I'm not trying to operate the monitor at something other than its native
resolution.

The behaviour is strange. It does not boot to a readable resolution at all.
for you to get it to a readable resolution you have to uninstall tyhe display
driver and restart the system. That's not not normal.

I've now sorted out this problem. Problem was resolved by simply upgrading
the BIOS of the PC.
