Disconnect Modem Key Shortcut?

Is there a shortcut for disconnect the modem?

It takes several touchpad finger movements that seem to me annoying
enough to have provoked a shortcut, but I don't know what it might be.

Create a shortcut and place in Quick Launch. You may then assign a Hotkey to
the shortcut.
