Dirty Registry

Had to re-install Quicken 2004. When uninstall completed,
all Quicken keys were left in the registry. Now I can't
reload the program since it thinks it is installed. Control
Panel says program is present but can't be uninstalled. A
look in the registry shows all/most of the Quicken keys are
still there. How do I clean the old keys out of the
registry? Is there a registry cleaner for this?
