Difficulty sending emails with other wireless networks

Can anyone help?

I have Compaq Presario Laptop and use Talk Talk Wireless network at home - No problems there!

Whenever I use someone elses network whether unsecured or secured where I have to put a network key in (or Hotspot networks too), I can receive but not send from my Outlook.

Can anyone advise me?

The majority of ISP's don't allow relaying of email through them anymore

You will need to change your outgoing mail server (SMTP) address in your Mail Account Settings to the one for the network you are connected too.

ie. if you go on to BT Openzone it would be: smtp.btopenzone.com

...and don't forget to make a note of the original setting so you can change it back afterwards
