dialers, please help

my computer has a problem with online dialers. they keep
showing up and i have no idea how to fix this problem and
noone else has been able to figure it out. any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Update before use.

Spybot S&D ... http://www.safer-networking.org/ (about 3.5 MB)
Update before use- remove items listed in red- others are optional.
