Just updated and ran Spybot, AVG, and also did an online scan with Panda,
and found no spyware, but upon updating and running Ad-aware I was suprised
when it said it found registry values related to the Dialer bug. Went to
Housecall, and let it do a full virus, security and spyware scan, and it
found nothing, so either Ad-aware found something all the others missed, or
its giving a false positive. Anybody else have this happen to them?
Is there any dialer detection tools, or list of files & registry values to
verify an infection?
Here is what it said it found in my registry, but a google search came up
with nothing.
obj[0]=RegValue : .DEFAULT\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run ""
obj[1]=RegValue : software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run ""
Thnx
