I cannot change my dial up password in the dial up dialog
box. It keeps defaulting to my previous password.
How do I change the password permantly?
Thanks, Robyn

Probably simpler to go to your run box and type inetwiz and click OK.
That will run you through a new connection.
Would suggest you first go start settings control panel networking then
remove your existing dialup connection.
Inetwiz will create a new one.
This also a good way to re-vitalise a cranky connection.

Is it just that the number of **** seems too many? that is deliberately
longer than the password, so that an onlooker cannot guess its length.

Enter the new password, and have the 'save password' checked , and the
'for anyone who uses the computer' selected
