Dial up networking

[SAA]

I am trying to connect my home laptop to my office
computer. I have followed directions for allowing
incoming calls. I established a user with a password.
Office computer is connected to a dial up. Home computer
dials the number, but won't go any further than verifying
user name and password. Seems like it should be a pretty
simple procedure, but I can't figure it out. Any
suggestions?

Are you seeing any errors in the event log?
