DevLdr32 error

Just recently upgraded to Win XP Pro from ME on a PC with
an AMD K7 1.4 Ghz, 256k RAM. I keep randomly and
frequently getting an error message: "DevLdr32 has caused
an error and is closing" or close to it. The PC continues
to work, but it is damn annoying and the error message
keeps coming up repeatedly. What is it, and are there any
suggestions for solving the problem?

Hi Ron,

This can usually be fixed by updating your audio drivers to the latest
Creative release.
