Device Driver Causes Reboot

Recently my computer started rebooting periodically,
usually after the monitor shut-off executes from the
power save options. When the error message opens after
Windows XP is rebooted, it says a device driver caused
the error, but that no further information is available.
I tried changing the power save settings but it still did
it. It usually occurs when Internet Explorer, Windows
Explorer and/or Microsoft Word 2003, which I recently
installed, are running. I tried to repair Internet
Explorer and Word, but it still occurs. I have not
recently installed hardware, and I don't know of any
other software installed recently either. I have
unchecked the automatically restart button in the
advanced options under my computer/properties, but all it
does then is lock up with a grey screen and I have to
hard reboot, and it provides no further information. I
have tried other options under this menu, but nothing has
helped. Any ideas? I can provide further information if
needed. Thanks.

Additionally, the Event Viewer shows the following:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x000000c2 (0x00000043, 0xcdc71000, 0x00000000,
0x00000000). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini112403-01.dmp.

Error code 000000c2, parameter1 00000043, parameter2
cdc71000, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000.

The first is listed as information, the second as an
error in the Event viewer. The parameter2 listing in each
error code appears to be different, as does the second
number/letter code after the parenthesis in the first
informational group.

Hope this helps. Thanks.
