Developer Menu Option Mission

I have MS Access 2007 and have also downloaded and installed the Access
Developer Extensions. It said that it installed successfully. However, from
what I understand, I should now have a "Developer" option on my Microsoft
Office button menu but it isn't there. Am I missing a step?

Maybe it's the situation described in this KB article:

Even if it doesn't have that cause, it could be that the correction methods
described will fix it for you.
