Access 2007 Developer Extensions

I had installed Access 2007 Developer Extensions and it worked excellent, but
a few days ago I had a computer-crash while using Access Dev. Ext.
When I restarted Access 2007, this function disappeared in my Access Office
button. I tried to reinstallate but it won't work anymore. This function
doesn't appear in my Office button. Please help me.
